Candidates now have the option to take a practice Qualifi interview, ensuring they're comfortable with the process and that their device is working as intended. This leads to better audio quality and a smoother interview experience, strengthening your brand's impression on potential hires.
Open Meeting Links: Streamline your recruitment process with unique links or QR codes that lead directly to a Qualifi interview. You can post these links anywhere - social media, job boards, flyers, or other signage. This means candidates can apply faster and more conveniently, reducing your overall time-to-hire significantly.
Candidate Exports: Now, you can export a .csv file of your candidates along with their detailed information, helping you generate comprehensive reports and gain a whole new level of insights about your candidates and interviews.
